Portugual

We have had some good weather since we returned to France and our sago plant has been enjoying it. It is producing a number of new leaves, we think about 18.

On Sunday, we will set out very early in the morning for a trip to Portugual with our usual third age group. This is our route through France and Spain

Before that, however, we have a Paella lunch with the UNRPA (oldies union) in the 'little garden' in the village.

As always, we start with apéros and pass a convivial afternoon talking and eating.

We were entertained by the local country dancing group

Then our meal arrived

Collecting the ice cream cups

Needless to say, the meal was accompanied by plenty of wine, so we has a very jolly afternoon with dancing for everyone. Here is the collection of the ice cream cups.

Then it was time for a rest and preparing for an early alarm on the next day.
